With the growth our salon has seen in recent years, booking has become a delicate balancing act. When someone cancels at the very last second (or doesn’t show up), they leave us in an awkward position, as the time slot cannot be used to serve another client. In order to better serve all of our lovely guests, appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% cancellation fee of services booked, and no-shows will be subject to 100% service fees. We appreciate your understanding on these new policies!
To hold your appointment, we require a credit card. Your card will not be charged unless you fail to make the time or reschedule within 24 hours. You can rebook or cancel your appointment by calling the salon at 713.780.2412 or emailing email@example.com
Kids are our gift to the future. They're full of life, playful spirits and remind us adults to not take things too seriously. We want everyone to have the best possible experience they could at our salon. As courtesy to other guests, we ask kindly that you keep your kiddo with you during services - whether they be yours or theirs.
